Hi I'm Deb Lawrence, owner of Next Chapter Fitness & Nutrition, the personal training studio for women 50+ at
17C Computer Drive E, Albany, NY.
I'm excited to be opening up my own studio gym, with the ultimate goal of forming a community where women feel comfortable working on their fitness, and can enjoy doing that alongside others who can provide camaraderie and accountability. Besides, we have a lot of fun together!
